Today I want to talk about why it is totally okay to not be okay. It's not an uncommon notion to keep everything to yourself and that doesn't mean it is right. I mean if you are someone who isn't comfortable talking about your emotions then that is completely fine. What isn't fine is the idea that you are a weaker human because you are not okay. Every single one of us here is human, and with that comes laughter, comes tears, comes anger, and that is normal, that is human. That is okay. So next time you are not feeling the best, tell someone, tell your mum, tell your next door neighbour, even a tell a stranger on the bus, because the reality of life is everyone is fighting their own battle - no matter how big or small - and that is okay.
