I'm Abigail Kate Pais, a multidisciplinary visual artist whose practice spans installation, sculpture, painting, printmaking, photography, and other contemporary mixed media forms.
Born and raised in Dubai, I'm a self-taught artist driven by a deep passion for art. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art Mixed Media from the University of Westminster, London, in July 2026.
Over the past few years, my practice has evolved into an immersive, sustainable, and ecologically rooted exploration of the natural world. I work with old, found, waste, and organic materials to create artworks that speak of nature’s presence, fragility, and resilience.
My work centres on phenomenology – how people experience, feel, and move through art. I’m deeply interested in the interactions between mind, body, space, and environment; hence, I create multidimensional installations that encourage engagement, curiosity, and a sense of connection with oneself, art, and nature. Whether through material texture, sensory and spatial arrangements, or participatory elements, I aim to transform regular spaces into subliminal experiences that invite viewers to slow down, notice, and engage with the world more consciously.
