Art made from scrap, found, organic, and repurposed materials. Although the majority of my sculptures & installations consist of various found/organic materials, such as dried, used tea powder, cardboard, egg cartons, wool, rocks, leaves, branches, and soil, these projects predominantly rely on sustainable methods to bring them to life.

Made within my A-level art portfolio under the self-chosen theme 'Masquerade,' exploring the different styles of masks, mask aesthetics, and the repurposing of masks.

Made out of flour, cardboard/paper/tissue pulp, white glue and (to add colour and avoid painting after) powder pigments/natural dyes/colours, or paint.

This functional and decorative eye mask was created within my 'Masquerade' themed portfolio, using old, translucent, and coloured plastic bags braided and arranged to shape.

Hand-stitched stuffed cushion made out of abstract scrap canvas.
These abstract paintings were made during a mark-making workshop at my university, where a group of my peers and I used our hands and feet, and other unconventional tools to make artwork on sheets of paper and canvas.
Later, I decided to repurpose some of the canvas I had kept into something more functional and seen. Hand-stitched two 40x40 squares of specifically chosen areas of abstraction and stuffed with old doll stuffing.
Found this rock on a walk 15 minutes away from where I live (near Harrow on the Hill, London). At first, I thought it might be my first geode ever, but after attempting to lift the rock, its extreme heaviness said otherwise. I saw these minerals on the outer rock and figured there had to be more within it, so I took it to the 3D workshop I had at my university to break it open! With a strong sledgehammer, I was able to crack this gigantic mass and reveal all the anticipated minerals within it. The process was thoroughly fun and full of surprises with each strike of the hammer. These minerals were essential for my project as I often include organic matter into my work, but moreover, my excitement for rocks and the flooding of inspiration that came from this rock was insurmountable.
